I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other diverse learning and processing styles. As a result, my coaching is flexible, inclusive, and adapted to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
While I work with people from many different backgrounds and experiences, my coaching is best suited for individuals who are able to engage in conversation, reflection, and personal growth work with support and guidance.

We start with a paid initial consultation (a $35 fee for the first call). This is a no-pressure conversation to discuss your needs, ask questions, and determine if my coaching style is the right match.
