Root to Rise

Coaching

Online, non-clinical support focused on movement, daily routines, and building independence—so individuals and their families can feel capable and confident every day.

Support that meets you exactly where you are.

Finding the right support outside of clinical therapy can be challenging. Root to Rise Coaching is designed for teens, young adults, and adults with special needs who want to build functional daily habits in a respectful, low-pressure environment.

I also partner closely with parents and caregivers who are looking for reliable, structured, and compassionate guidance to help their loved ones thrive at home and in the community.

Ways we can work together.

1:1 Online Coaching

Highly individualized support adapted entirely to the participant's sensory, communication, and learning needs. We work together online to build routines, confidence, and mindset habits that stick.

Best for: Individuals needing dedicated, personalized pacing and focus.

Small Group Coaching

A safe, supportive online environment to learn, connect, and practice new habits alongside peers. We focus on shared goals around movement, mindset, and routine in a structured group setting.

Best for: Those who thrive on community connection and shared learning.

Parent & Caregiver Support

Navigating the journey alongside an individual with special needs requires energy and strategy. These sessions help caregivers build sustainable routines at home, reduce burnout, and reinforce coaching goals.

Best for: Parents and caregivers seeking actionable tools and supportive guidance.

Getting started is simple.

Taking the first step shouldn't feel complicated. Here is what to expect:

The Initial Call

We start with a paid initial consultation (a $35 fee for the first call). This is a no-pressure conversation to discuss your needs, ask questions, and determine if my coaching style is the right match.

Creating the Plan

If we decide to move forward, we'll outline a clear, realistic set of goals focused on movement, routines, and daily confidence.

Ongoing Coaching

We meet online for structured, supportive sessions. We adjust the approach as we go, celebrating the small wins that lead to lasting change.

A note to parents and caregivers.

You are doing your best to support your child or adult dependent, but you don't have to do it alone. Root to Rise Coaching provides a bridge—offering structure and accountability from a specialized professional so you can step back from constantly managing everything.

We work collaboratively with you, ensuring the strategies we use in sessions make sense for your real, everyday family life.
