A clear, supportive process designed to feel safe and manageable

Root to Rise Coaching follows a simple, predictable structure so participants and families know exactly what to expect. The process is calm, flexible, and adapted to individual needs, without pressure or overwhelm.

Step 1: Introductory Call

We begin with a calm, no-pressure introductory call. This conversation helps us understand needs, goals, routines, sensory preferences, communication style, and support requirements. It is also a chance to ask questions and decide whether coaching is the right fit. The introductory consultation has a $35 CAD fee that is paid through Stripe before the call. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full terms.

This call is about connection and clarity, not commitment.

Step 2: Intake and Personalized Planning

If we decide to continue, a simple intake process helps gather relevant information about daily routines, movement comfort, nourishment habits, stressors, support needs, and goals. This information is used to create a realistic coaching plan focused on safe, gradual progress.

Step 3: Coaching Sessions

Sessions take place online in a structured, supportive environment. Depending on the participant’s needs, sessions may include adaptive movement, simple nourishment habits, routine building, mindset tools, reflection, and caregiver-supported strategies. Sessions follow a clear, repeatable format to support comfort and consistency.

Step 4: Ongoing Support and Adjustments

The plan evolves as needs change. We review progress, adjust routines, reinforce useful habits, and celebrate practical wins. When appropriate, caregivers may be included to support consistency at home.

A pace that respects the individual

Root to Rise Coaching is built on the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, supported, understood, and respected. There are no deadlines to catch up and no pressure to perform. Connection happens step by step, at a pace that feels right.

Coaching is non-clinical and educational. It is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or therapeutic care. See our Coaching Disclaimer for details.

If you are looking for a calm, structured, and compassionate approach to building healthy routines, the first step is an introductory call.
